Billing FAQ

Questions about pricing

No. A card is not required to register or use Fleet Plus during the trial. You can explore the product free until the trial ends.

After the trial, you’ll need an active paid subscription to continue. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

The trial period is 14 days from the day you create your account. During that time you can use the included features without charge.

Listed plan prices are exclusive of GST unless we state otherwise. Applicable GST (currently 18% for most SaaS subscriptions in India) is added on the invoice. Paid customers receive a tax invoice that can include your GSTIN when you provide it.

Standard plans are billed monthly in advance.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated for the remainder of the current billing period so you only pay for the higher plan from the upgrade date.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The higher plan’s limits and features apply immediately after the upgrade is confirmed.

Your plan limit counts active vehicles in your account. Retired or inactive vehicles do not normally count toward the active limit, so you can keep history without forcing an upgrade.

You’ll see a clear notice when you’re at or over your plan’s active-vehicle limit, with a prompt to upgrade. We don’t silently delete vehicles — you’ll be guided to move to a plan that fits your fleet size before adding more active units.

Yes. Downgrades usually take effect at the start of your next billing period. If you have more active vehicles than the lower plan allows, you’ll need to retire or remove the excess before the downgrade can complete.

You can cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required under applicable Indian consumer protection law or where we agree otherwise in writing (for example a billing error).

We don’t wipe your data the moment you cancel. Records are retained for a reasonable period so you can export what you need or reactivate, then deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Policy and legal retention needs.

Export any challans, ledgers, or compliance files you need before you leave if your plan includes export tools — or contact us and we’ll help with a one-time export where possible.
